Co-owner & consultant for Scene Sculpt, LLC, a DFW-based Educational Theatre Consulting Firm. Provides custom tailor consulting (program support, professional development, production services) for theatre program and district theatre needs.

Keller Central High School, Head Director | August 2017-Current
Lead a production based learning program of 450+ students. Directed and produced 13+ shows per year. Managed and maintained the Fine Arts Center and the calendar. Served as the liaison between the department, additional directors, and parent booster club. Managed a budget with school and booster club funds. Advocated for our program with district and campus administration. Collaborated with Choir, Art, Dance, and Band programs on Fall and Spring Musicals. Earned 100+ regional high school musical theatre award nominations. Advanced to Area, Region, and State level in One Act Play. Taught Theatre 1, Technical Theatre 1-4, Musical Theatre 1-4, Directing, Freshman Select, & Theatre Productions.

Keller ISD, Lead High School Theatre Teacher | August 2018-May 2023
Served as a new teacher mentor to theatre teachers in the district. Assisted in planning professional development for district PD days. Liason between the high school theatre programs and district Fine Arts office. Wrote curriculum for high school theatre. Created Google Classroom for mulitple high school theatre courses for teachers to utilize.

Summer Spotlight LLC, Theatre Camp Director | July 2017-Current
Plan and run a two-week theatre camp for Middle School students and High School students. Hire and communicate with directors from across the state. Manage a budget for workshops, meal plans, production needs, staffing, and more.

Basswood Elementary, Theatre Teacher | August 2016-May 2017
Taught Theatre to Kindergarten through Sixth grade students. Created an after school program for students to participate in. Collaborated with Art, Music, and PE programs in performances and lesson planning. Implemented cross-curricular lesson plans, utilizing TEKs from core classes.
